The month of October ended in a bang as 29 members of the MacDonald & Owen Lumber sales, purchasing & management teams gathered in Minneapolis for teambuilding and strategizing about growth for the company in 2016. The two-day Leadership Summit included a tour of our new Luck, WI facility, formal introductions of all team members, reflection upon 2015, goal setting for 2016, and a few activities planned just for the fun of it. Feedback from the event has been very positive. And, general consensus is that MacDonald & Owen is positioned well for growth in 2016.
